The core strength of our design is defined by carefully balancing all aspects from the program of requirement of the client, the existing surroundings and the cultural environment into the concept. Royal Haskoning Vietnam employs a local team of architects with foreign management to provide international standards with local expertise.
Structural Design
Structures are the backbone of buildings. When we design structures we strive for the best possible combination of form, functionality, cost and sustainability. We design buildings, foundations, underground structures and dynamically loaded structures. Our core concepts are innovation, creativity and flexibility. Roayl Haskoning Vietnam provides at internationally quality levels. We work with all major international codes such as the American Standards, Eurocode and the British standard. Our structural team has extensive experience with local building practices and the Vietnamese codes and standards.
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
In commercial and industrial buildings the comfort of the occupants and operation of the facilities relies on well planned building services. Our philosophy is to design energy efficient and functional facilities with an emphasis on whole life value and flexibility. Besides traditional building services design, we also provide consultancy for green, energy efficient buildings in cooperation with environmental specialists of Royal Haskoning.
Interior Architecture
Colorful and modern, refreshing and inviting, these are the main themes in our interior designs. The interior turns a house into a home, an office building to a workplace, a educational building to a learning environment. Interior architecture is about the senses: hearing, feeling, even smelling. It is a specialist discipline. We have built up an extensive experience in this field, sometimes as an extension of building design, but often as an independent assignment. Our main expertise lies in the field of interiors of educational buildings and workplace design for financial institutions. We have transformed sober and functional production and education facilities into modern and stimulating professional environments.

The personal talents and interests of the architects themselves create a team that is well suited to develop a very complex or sensitive assignment into a unique and creative yet appropriate building.
Typically these projects could be: churches, stations, floating buildings, submerged buildings, large scale infrastructural works, etc.
