Pre-design
Before the start of design works we advice our clients about the suitability of the proposed location for the new facility. We arrange and specify soil investigations and surveys of the land and advice the possibilities and impossibilities of the location. Haskoning Vietnam has knowledge of common practices on sites throughout Vietnam and has access to local expertise.
Project Approach
In all our work, we take an integrated project approach. We consider the client’s problem to be ours and try to form partnerships based on trust, integrity and professionalism to achieve the best possible result.
All disciplines in-house: architecture, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and process and industrial systems engineering. We focus on delivering a complete project, not just a sum of the separate parts. Haskoning Vietnam has the complete scope of consultancy services available in-house, from design through to supervision. We manage the projects with a strong focus on integration of the different disciplines and have developed extensive experience in driving projects forward and realizing them within the requirements and time frame of the client.
Health and Safety & Environment Management (HSE)
Achieving a high safety standard on building sites is one of the biggest challenges in Vietnam. Haskoning Vietnam has developed a philosophy and strategy for safety on building sites. Subject to continuous improvement, we have adopted a strict safety management policy and established an experienced safety team, who is able to achieve practical results.
Our safety management team can establish and implemented safety systems on buildings sites, and provide permanent safety supervision.
