Full scope of services from concept design to completion
A Personal Care Products Plant of 30,000 m2 for the local market and export sales which is located in a land area of 50,000 m2. The facility operates 3-5 lines together with appropriate warehousing, utility building, offices and external works.
The first phase (2002/2003) consisted of the production building, offices and auxiliary buildings. The second phase (2004/2005) consisted of a second combined production / warehouse building complete with related buildings.
Haskoning Vietnam assisted the Client with a full scope of services from concept design, detailed design, tendering to construction management including project controls of the complete facility, including design for all building related services.
