A turnkey project for the design, construction and installation works of a complete brewery. The initial capacity of the brewery is 1 million hectolitres per year and is expanded to 2 million hectoliters in phase 2.
Royal Haskoning Vietnam carried out all the design works for the buildings, including the architectural, structural and building services design. RHV also provided project & construction management services including cost and progress controls and health, safety and environmental management. The total site area is approximately 50 ha and the total constructed floor area over 30,000m2. Main buildings include the brewhouse, tank room, filling hall and full store. The complete factory includes power supply, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant. The brewery buildings and materials comply with GMP guidelines and are suitable for food industry use.
The breweries buildings and materials have to comply with and be suitable for use in the foodstuffs industry. The project follows to Decree 209 of the Government about quality control of construction.
