This is an EPC project for the design, construction and installation works of a complete brewery. The initial capacity of the brewery is 1 million hectoliters per year for Phase 1 and can be upgraded to 8 million hectoliters per year.
Haskoning Vietnam carries out all the Design works for the buildings,
including the Architectural, Structural and M&E non-process design. Haskoning Vietnam also provides Project Management, Construction Management, and HSE management services. The total site area is approximately 50 Ha. and the construction floor area over 35,000 m2. Main buildings include the brewhouse, tankroom and filling hall. The complete facility includes power supply, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant. The breweries buildings and materials have to comply with and be suitable for use in the foodstuffs industry. The project follows to Decree 209 of the Government about quality control of construction.
