The facility is located on a land area of 11,970m2 at the Song Than IZ, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
The existing factory is about 30% land used including main office building, canteen and locker building, production and warehouse building, mainly produce solvent base paints. The new factory expansion will be designed to handle solvent base and water base paints including a new production building, New FG Warehouse, New drum Storage building, Utility buildings: such as washing station, toxic store, maintenance, generator, air compressor and fire fighting.
