When and why did you join Royal Haskoning?
I joined Royal Haskoning Vietnam in 2001. I wanted to work in an international company with a professional environment.

What sort of projects have you been involved in?
I have done a lot of great projects like breweries and milk dairy factories. Our clients are Heineken, Saigon and Hanoi breweries and Dutch Lady. Beside that I have designed paint, shampoo and tissue factories for Akzo Nobel, Unilever and Kimberly-clark. For some of these projects I am the structural engineer and for others also the projectcoordinator, in which I coordinate the staff, tender documents, cost estimates and site works.

What about personal development?
I like to work in an environment that challenges me. The variety of works at Haskoning Vietnam has helped me to have an overview of the different scope in the projects. During my career at Haskoning Vietnam I have been given responsibility both in management and design as team leader of the Structural Department.

Career aspirations?
I want to broaden my knowledge both theoretical and practical on site. I hope I will develop within Royal Haskoning Vietnam my management skills and my technical knowledge.

What's best about Royal Haskoning?
The people who work for us are professional and very knowledgeable. They are helpful whenever they can and you have the chance to learn a lot. The environment in my company is very friendly as in a big family. I love  our game program at the end of year when we have contests in sports, singing, and tug of war.
