When and why did you join Royal Haskoning?
I joined Royal Haskoning Vietnam in 2004. Phil Clarke, my closest friend, works for Haskoning and informed me that RHV was a company with a professional working environment and wanted to set up a M&E department.
Mr. Henk Hermans, managing director at the time, contacted me and I realized that RHV is an ideal place for me to develop my capability in not only M&E engineering but also management skills.

What sort of projects have you been involved in?
I feel really happy that I am working on projects where clients consider executing safety and project quality as a top priority!

I am proud when assigned to preside over design, tendering and building management for M&E works in my projects. It is nice to work with professional colleagues, clients and contractors.

Our clients are: United Nations International School, Kimberly Clark, Colgate Palmolive, Wassenburg Medical Devices, Syngenta Vietnam, Heineken, Saigon and Hanoi breweries cooperation and Jotun Paint.

What about personal development?
I have been working in a dynamic environment and always have challenges in my work. I have tried my best to develop capability and professionalism working for RHV.
In RHV, I can work in different positions. Besides an M&E Team Leader, I am challenged as Project Leader in several medium scale projects.

I hope that with my current capability and after graduating my Professional Master Degree in Project Management (with specialization in construction project development) by the end of September 2008, I will have enough qualifications to carry out the duties of a Project Manager.

Career aspirations?
I hope to be a professional project manager at RHV.
