When and why did you join Royal Haskoning?
I joined Royal Haskoning Vietnam in 2006 to work as Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager. I wanted a job with international exposure and a chance to develop my career in the construction field, especially in safety management during the design stage.

What sort of projects have you been involved in?
I have been involved in many projects concerning HSE construction management in Vietnam. Based on the Royal Haskoning regional HSE system, I have developed a system suited to the local Vietnamese construction practice with a practical and hands-on approach.

What about personal development?
I love to work in a challenging environment. My big challenge is working in the Vietnamese construction field helping contractors achieve international HSE awareness.

Career aspirations?
I try to become a professional HSE manager who contributes in safety during the design stage.
