We strive to develop in a sustainable way by use of local materials and minimizing waste and optimize energy efficiency. Where we possible we will utilize natural ventilation or smart concepts to ensure comfort but reduce energy usage. Our projects are developed to a high quality level resulting in excellent durability.

LEED
LEED Green Building certification is a system implemented by the US Green Building Council to encourage and guide to sustainable and environmental-friendly developments. LEED provides the tools to designers and owners to come to an efficient and Green development. Haskoning Vietnam has experience with LEED in Vietnam and is your partner for achieving LEED certification.
