Following Life Resorts succes’ of developing prize-winning resorts in Hoi An and Quy Nhon LR’s latest location for a new resort is near Ha Long City. Conform LR’s standard they intend to develop the first top-class high quality resort – the first in this area. The Resort is based on luxury mini-cruises in modified Vietnamese junks from a marine base on Hong Ba island.
The project entails a jetty access bridge and walkway from the boulevard to the back of island where a marine base for up to 40 junks will be developed. In view of Ha Long Bay’s unique atmosphere the buildings will be designed to completely fit into the local environment and at the same time provide maximum luxury to visitors.
The jetty and floating berths for the special cruise boats are designed to withstand the occasional typhoon situation passing over this region.
